Sanu Gold Corp

Sanu Gold Corp. is a junior gold exploration company focused on discovering multi-million-ounce gold deposits in the Siguiri Basin of Guinea, West Africa. The company is engaged in acquiring, exploring, and evaluating gold and precious metal deposits. Its primary activity is early-stage exploration, aiming to identify and delineate significant gold resources. The company currently holds three main exploration permits:

-Bantabaye: New high-grade gold discovery, 10 priority targets, 9 km strike length, with 75% ownership and the right to increase to 85%.

-Daina: Another new high-grade discovery, 3 priority targets, 15 km strike length, also with 75% ownership and potential for 85%.

-Diguifara: Drill-ready with 4 priority targets, 7 km strike length, same ownership structure as above.

These projects are located in the Siguiri Basin, a region hosting major gold mines such as AngloGold Ashanti’s Siguiri mine and Nordgold’s Lefa mine, which underscores the area’s geological potential.

The company has defined multi-kilometer gold-bearing structures on each permit, suggesting substantial untapped potentia

In April 2025, they successfully completed an enhanced private placement, securing C$10.7 million in gross proceeds. The financing attracted prominent investors such as Montage Gold Corp., AngloGold Ashanti plc, and the Lundin Family along with their associates.

Montage Gold maintained approximately 19.53% equity interest, while AngloGold Ashanti and the Lundin Family each held around 10% equity interest following the placement

The largest shareholders and strategic investors—Montage Gold, AngloGold Ashanti, and the Lundin family add  significant credibility due to their industry expertise and financial strength, which provide Sanu Gold with both credibility and resources for exploration and growth

Some analyst forecasts are extremely bullish, projecting the stock could rise dramatically if exploration success continues and resources are defined. For example, price targets for 2025 range from $2.20 to $4.90 (USD), and long-term projections for 2030 and beyond suggest even greater upside if discoveries are commercialized

However, these forecasts should be viewed with caution as they are speculative and depend on successful resource delineation and favorable market conditions.

Sanu Gold offers significant upside potential due to its high-quality exploration assets in a world-class gold district and strong backing from experienced mining investors. However, as with all junior mining stocks, thorough due diligence and a clear risk tolerance are essential when considering investing.
