ZODIAC GOLD INC:

Zodiac Gold Inc., a Vancouver-based mineral exploration company, holds a 2,316 sq km land package in Liberia, a mining-friendly jurisdiction with a supportive government and clear regulations.

Its flagship Todi Gold Project lies along the underexplored Todi Shear Zone, a 300 km geological structure known for hosting significant gold deposits. The project, located 13 km from Monrovia, benefits from proximity to infrastructure, including roads, a seaport, and an airport.

In May 2025, Zodiac Gold raised CAD$1,152,926.62 through an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement, surpassing its target. The funds will advance the Todi Gold Project. Investor John Esopa increased his stake to approximately 11.5% of the company’s outstanding common shares following this placement.

The Todi Project features six multi-kilometer gold exploration targets across a 17 km strike length, with potential for iron ore. Exploration, including soil sampling, geological mapping, trenching, and drilling, has revealed gold at surface and depth, with high-grade intercepts from drilling and channel sampling. Phase III infill drilling at the Arthington target is ongoing, with sustainability efforts to offset carbon emissions from exploration.

Zodiac Gold’s experienced management team drives exploration success, interpreting drill results to refine strategies, enhancing the likelihood of discoveries and resource growth.

Recent drill results are promising for an early-stage project, comparing favorably to other West African gold discoveries, suggesting Todi’s potential as a significant gold resource.

 Despite mining exploration risks, Zodiac Gold is a standout Junior explorer in West Africa. With high-grade results, a vast resource-rich land package, seasoned leadership, and strong financial backing, the company is well-positioned for growth and success in the region.
